This month’s Communicate BIZ Roundtable in Hampton Roads explores how to determine whether to meet, and if so, the purpose, strategies, tools for managing outcomes and the right promotion for the meeting. Whether the meeting is focused on change in your operation,  the launch a new product or evaluating some  aspect of your business, you probably struggle with how to maximize what you get from your meetings. This is perfect for anyone who leads or leads others to facilitate meetings in a business, service organization, non-profit, or local government. We will also share tips on how to market meetings so that attendees are prepared, engaged, and show up!
